1st April 2025, Prof. Anat Ruangrassamee, Professor at the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, along with a team of licensed expert engineers from Performax Building Service Co., Ltd., conducted a thorough structural inspection of JLK Tower.
The inspection results confirm that the building is structurally sound, safe, and free from any major damage that could affect its integrity. JLK Tower has been designed with the highest safety standards in mind, including earthquake resistance.
